Hi there, I’m Sam. Reel Recruit is something I put together after spending about 10 years in sales, working with video technology that helps companies hire people. Through many conversations with those in the recruitment field, I picked up on a few things that work really well.
That’s where the idea for Reel Recruit came from. We use videos to help make the hiring process a bit smoother. We’re all about keeping things clear and straightforward, especially when it comes to cost. No hidden fees or surprises here.
Our process is simple. We promote your job across social media and every job board you can think of. We also headhunt candidates specifically for the role. After that, we video interview every candidate and share these interviews through one easy link, so the hiring manager can review everything simply and easily.
We’re based in Scotland, and it’s been great to see our idea get some attention on LinkedIn too. Our community there has been very supportive.
